She has guided me every step of the way, not only with tai chi, but with personal matters as well. She is very good at intuiting where you're at and exactly what you need to be instructed on. I really like this video! It is easy to follow and Beth's voice is very soothing. The first few times I did it I felt uncoordinated (and sore afterwards), but as I grew stronger, I started to FEEL the beauty of the movements that I was seeing Beth do gracefully on the screen. (definitely use it with the commentary on until you get used to the exercises.) When I'm finished I feel energized and refreshed. (with a light, cleansing sweat) With Beth's guidance I'm discovering that Tai Chi is both energizing & calming at the same time. ''I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to introduce meditative, cleansing exercise into your life. (even after pregnancy)" BG, 2010
I used Beth's Tai Chi program based on the reviews. I didn't have an exercise regimen before getting pregnant but I knew I wanted to be doing something and thought that Tai Chi would be a good place to start. Her instructions are easy to follow and it takes about 40 minutes to do the whole set of exercises. I find it is a good workout for my muscles and has helped me focus on my breathing. Each time I finish I feel so much better and ready to take on the day." - MK 2005
I have only good things to say about this great Tai Chi program. It is well worth the money and you will thank yourself during and after your pregnancy. . . I decided to give this kind of workout a try. Not only did I have increased energy, but I felt great! Beth's instruction is clear and the exercises are easy to follow. I always felt great after the work out. The meditation exercises were very helpful. I love this program - C. Williams, 2006
